JiHoon Lee is a seasoned software engineer with over 15 years of experience in the field, and more than a decade of expertise in technical writing and education. He holds degrees in Computer Science, IT Consulting, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, and Data Science.
JiHoon has participated in national IT projects as an external consultant or freelance engineer for organizations including the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, Ministry of Employment and Labor, and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport in Korea.

He is also the creator and host of the developer podcast “The Not-So-Friendly Coding Story by Seongnyang”, which delivers practical insights and real-world experiences for aspiring developers.
He has strong expertise in programming, Oracle SQL, databases, and AI, and has been delivering beginner-level lectures and authoring educational materials in these areas for over 10 years.
