. You can undelete an Autonomous Database within 72 hours of its termination, provided the corresponding ACD is not terminated.

Retain the terminated database backups and lock the ACD backup retention period
. Autonomous Database on Dedicated Exadata Infrastructure does not delete the database backups upon terminating any (or all) of the Autonomous Database components, like Exadata Infrastructure, Autonomous VM Cluster (AVMC), ACD, and Autonomous Database. You can enable the backup retention lock to prevent any unwanted deletion of the ACD backups and long-term backups before their retention period after an ACD is terminated.

. This is the latest Innovation release. It provides security and bug fixes in addition to feature enhancements. You can select version 9.4.2 when creating a new DB system. For existing DB systems, you must manually upgrade them to newer version, such as from version 9.4.1 to 9.4.2.

Select AI supports customizable conversations enabling you to use Select AI with different topics without mixing context, improving both flexibility and efficiency. You can create, set, delete, and update conversations through the DBMS_CLOUD_AI conversation procedures and functions.
Select AI enables you to give feedback on generated NL2SQL results to improve query generation accuracy. Feedback can be given on the SQL command line as well as through PL/SQL procedures.
Select AI enables you to generate a summary of your text directly in a prompt or from a URI. You can customize how the summary is generated.
