SQL Watch - Guard your Oracle Database 23ai upgrade against SQL performance regressions

<p>SQL Watch is a new capability in Database Management cloud service that enables automated and accurate change impact assessment of system changes such as database upgrades, patch sets, migrations, minor application upgrades, add/drop index or routine refresh of optimizer statistics.</p> <ul> <li>SQL Watch is designed to predict and prevent SQL execution performance issues caused by above such changes.</li> <li>By running SQL statements before and after the change with real production context, it generates a comprehensive report that outlines the net impact on the workload resulting from the change and identifies any regressed SQL statements.</li> <li>For these regressed SQL statements, SQL Watch offers detailed execution plan insights as well as proactive recommendations to remediate them. </li> </ul> <p> </p>
